Can my CAR.O.L be assembled for me when it arrives?

How to order assembly

At checkout you will see an option to select 'assembly on arrival' when choosing your delivery options. Please make sure that box is ticked before you proceed to purchase. 

What if I forgot to order assembly, or decided later that I want it?

If you forgot to select 'assembly on arrival', or if you changed your mind after you purchased, do not worry! We will follow up with an email asking if you would like to request assembly on arrival before the CAR.O.L reaches you.

Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact customer support. We will gladly assist you.

 

How much is assembly?

Assembly is only available in the USA, Canada, UK and Europe. Depending on which region you are in, the price varies:

USA - $150

Canada - $150

UK - £95

Europe - £140


What happens after I order assembly?

We use a dedicated team of highly trained assembly technicians to set up your CAR.O.L bike, connect it to WiFi and take away the packaging.

We will call you to confirm a time and date that is suitable for you. Usually this will be the same time and date that your CAR.O.L bike is delivered. 

Can I change the assembly time and/or date?

Yes, you can! Please do not hesitate to contact CAR.O.L customer support. We will gladly assist you.

Please note! Our couriers are not assembly technicians!

The courier will call you before the scheduled CAR.O.L delivery date to arrange a suitable time to bring the CAR.O.L to your address. You are welcome to change the delivery date with the courier if the scheduled date is unsuitable. If you do this, please remember to notify CAR.O.L customer support or the assembly technician directly.
